Fascia under a Microscope
We perform fascia maneuvers to open up pathways for our fascia to perform properly.
This video shows that our structure is fascia. Fascia tubules are filled with water and become bound up when we don't take care of our bodies. When the water stops moving in a healthy pattern, fascia becomes 'sticky' and impedes proper flow thus creating pain.
Our Fascia maneuvers twist and torque the body in ways that release the bound up fascia. We move the fluid through the tubules by creating different points of pressure. Pathways are opened up, our bodies start feeling better, and stress is released, making you feel rejuvenated and restored.
Join us at one of our classes in Lake of the Ozarks and we will teach you these simple techniques that will restore your vitality. Classes and time/location options are under Book Online (private classes are also available).
